THE TEAM

Rigzen Mingyur is a seasoned guide, naturalist, and Snow Leopard spotter in the majestic Himalayas of Ladakh, with over 14 years of experience since starting in 2010. He specializes in wildlife tours, particularly snow leopard expeditions, trekking, and mountaineering. Rigzen has worked closely with Mr. Sonam Wangchuk on the Ice Stupa project, co-leading it during winter for four years, and was invited to Switzerland to build Ice Stupas for tourism.

For four consecutive summers, Rigzen contributed to the School of Tourism at HIAL, focusing on projects like Himalayan Farmstay and Live Lab, and coordinating Responsible Tourism courses. He is also deeply involved in sustainable and conservation projects in Ladakh and serves as an executive member of the Ladakh Mountain Guide Association (LMGA).

Dorjey Tundup is a great snow leopard spotter in Ladakh. He has lead many wildlife tour. He is a compassionate guy with great hospitality skills and has shared the fun, satisfaction, and joy of spotting snow leopards with many people. He also palys a key role in the smooth operation in the field.
